Not legal advice. This is a tailored template. Before publishing, have a licensed attorney review it against your actual data practices and the states you operate in.

CREATIVECORE Group (",[object Object],," ",[object Object],," ",[object Object],") operates ,[object Object], (the "Service"), a business-intelligence and marketing platform for pet retailers, available at ,[object Object],. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

1. Two kinds of data (please read first)

Because PROS is a business tool, we handle two distinct types of data, and our role differs for each:

  • Account & Service Data — we are the controller. Information about you and your business as our customer: name, email, business name, login credentials, billing information, and how you use PROS.
  • Connected Business Data — we are the processor. Data we pull from the tools you connect (your store, ads, calls, listings, reviews) and process on your behalf and under your instruction to power PROS. You control this data; we process it only to provide the Service. If this includes information about your own customers or leads, you are responsible for having the right to share it with us.

2. Information we collect

[object Object], name, email, phone, business name and address, account credentials, and billing details (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).

[object Object], depending on which integrations you enable, this may include inventory/product data, orders and sales records, website form submissions and lead contact details, call records and call-scoring data, advertising performance, business-profile reviews, and search/market data.

[object Object], log data, device and browser information, IP address, and usage/analytics about how you interact with PROS.

We do ,[object Object], knowingly collect health information, and PROS is not intended for children.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
  • To generate the insights, recommendations, digests, and creative content that are PROS's core function;
  • To process billing and manage your subscription;
  • To communicate with you about your account, support, and Service updates;
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do ,[object Object], your personal information, and we do ,[object Object], use your Connected Business Data to train foundation models for unrelated purposes.

4. AI processing

PROS uses artificial intelligence to analyze your data and generate insights and creative assets. Some processing is performed by third-party AI providers (see Subprocessors). We send them only the data needed to perform the task, and their use is governed by contract. AI-generated outputs (recommendations, ad concepts, media) are provided for your review; PROS does not execute advertising spend or publish content automatically.

5. Subprocessors and third parties we share with

We share data only with service providers who help us run PROS, under contracts that limit their use. Current categories and providers include:

We retain Account Data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and security purposes. Connected Business Data is retained while your integrations are active; on account closure or disconnection, we delete or de-identify it within 90 days, except where longer retention is legally required. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights).

7. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, and least-privilege access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and applicable authorities of a breach as required by law.
